Training Program

With the new addition of the Cataract House Restaurant & Academy, F BITES now has its very own state of the art training facility.

Teaming up with Niagara Falls City School District, F BITES buses students from middle and high school to train in a true restaurant environment during and after school hours.

An additional focus of this program is Emotional Intelligence, with the help of Jalen Law, F BITES finds creative ways to teach our students healthy ways to understand their emotions and put these practices into action.

The goal of this program is to not only provide hands on learning, but provide employment opportunities within the F BITES organization and partner organizations in Western New York, provide a pipeline to local universities and colleges, and finally provide skills necessary to get a job in any field our students desire.
